4 · Print, finish and ship
Digitally printed, laminated and laser die-cut.
Labels are printed digitally on white PET or optical ultra-clear PET, laminated in matte or gloss, and cut to shape without metal dies — so there is no tooling to pay for and no minimum beyond 100 labels. Finished rolls are wound to your application method and shipped from Durham, North Carolina with tracking.

What you pay for, and what you never pay for.
Prices come from one published list. The unit price depends on label size, material and total quantity; everything else is either included or a single flat fee you can see before you order.
Included in the unit price
Digital printing in full color, matte or gloss lamination, laser die-cutting for rectangles, squares, circles and ovals, and a free digital proof. No plate fees, no die fees, no setup fees.
Minimums and quantity breaks
Minimum order is 100 labels, in steps of 50. Unit prices fall at 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 labels. Several designs of the same size, shape and material can be combined to reach a better break — ask when you request the quote.
Flat fees and shipping
Machine application (unwound to your direction on a 3 in core) adds a $25 setup fee below 5,000 labels and is free above. Custom die-cut outlines are quoted individually. Shipping from North Carolina is quoted per order by weight and service level; sales tax applies where required.
Payment and turnaround
Pay by ACH or check, then we print.
Consider
Once you approve the quote and proof, we send an invoice. Payment by ACH transfer or company check is due before production starts unless other terms are agreed in writing. Standard turnaround is confirmed on your quote; most printed runs ship within a few business days of cleared payment and proof approval.
