Bleed & safe area
Extend background artwork 0.125 in (1/8 in) beyond the cut line. Keep text, logos and barcodes at least 0.0625 in (1/16 in) inside the cut line so nothing gets trimmed off.

Consider
Most proof delays come from missing bleed, a misplaced dieline or a font that is not embedded. Check the specs below before you upload — our team still reviews every file and issues a reviewed proof before anything goes to press.

What your file needs
Resolution & color
Set images to 300 DPI at final print size. Save in CMYK, not RGB — RGB files are converted automatically and colors can shift from what you see on screen.
File formats & size
PDF is preferred, with fonts outlined or embedded. PNG and JPEG are also accepted. Files must be 25 MB or smaller.
Custom die-cut shapes
For a custom outline, include the dieline (cut line) as a separate, clearly labeled layer or spot color so production can identify it during preflight.
