How we handle your information.

Effective September 2026. This policy explains what Zestamp Labels LLC collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect what you give us when you request a quote, samples or contact: your name, email address, company, phone number, delivery address and the details of your label project, including artwork files you upload. Our servers also record basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information to price and produce your labels, send you proofs, invoices, shipping notices and replies to your questions, and to keep records of approvals and payments as required for accounting. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared only with the service providers we need to run the business: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our payment and banking providers, and the carriers that deliver your order. Each receives only what it needs for that purpose. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

This site uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in to your customer account and to protect forms from abuse. Private project links are sent by email and are not stored in cookies. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention and security

Quotes, proofs, orders and invoices are kept for as long as we need them to support your projects and to meet accounting and tax obligations. Artwork and proof files are stored privately and are never published. Access to customer data is limited to the small team that produces your labels.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to close your customer account, by writing to test@cloud2345.com. We will respond within 30 days, subject to records we must keep by law.
