The terms behind every quote and order.
Effective September 2026. These terms apply to quotes, proofs, orders and deliveries from Zestamp Labels LLC ("Zestamp", "we"). By approving a quote or paying an invoice you accept them.

Quotes and pricing
Website estimates are calculated from our published price list and exclude shipping and sales tax. A quote becomes binding when a specialist confirms it and you accept it in your project. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote, and otherwise for 30 days. Prices are in US dollars.

Artwork and proofs
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the artwork you upload and that it complies with applicable law. We check files for print readiness, not for spelling, legal compliance or content. Printed orders start only after you approve a digital proof; the approved proof is the reference for what is produced. Unprinted blank rolls need no proof. Colors on screen may differ from print; a press proof can be arranged for a fee.

Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when you accept the quote and we record it in your project. Payment is by ACH transfer or company check and is due before production starts unless other terms are agreed in writing. Production is scheduled when payment clears. Orders may be cancelled without charge before production starts; after that, work completed and materials used are billed.

Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from Durham, North Carolina. Shipping is quoted per order by weight, destination and service level and appears on your invoice. Delivery dates are estimates; risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Please inspect deliveries on arrival and tell us about damage or shortages within 5 business days.

Quality, reprints and refunds
If labels differ materially from the approved proof or arrive defective, tell us within 10 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint the affected quantity or refund it, at our option. Because custom labels are made to your specification, they cannot otherwise be returned. Unused blank rolls in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping. Industry-standard overs or unders of up to 5% may be delivered and billed.

Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or the cost of relabelling products, and we do not warrant that a label is suitable for a regulated use unless we say so in writing. You are responsible for testing labels on your own containers and conditions; complimentary samples exist for that purpose.

General
